Looks about the same. Monkey arms that stretch way longer than they should and knee joints are way too high on the legs. The hip and ass tech is terrible even by the second century's standards, another Roman doll from the same period did it way better so there is no excuse. Though this one has even worse monkey arms..

The monkey arms might have made more sense when the doll was dressed. They're probably specifically designed to look nice with a dress or whatever on, the longer torso and arms with shorter legs makes sense for a Flowy dress toy meant to be played with, the high waist and the legs are mainly there to give some form and stuff under the dress, while the arms would be pointed, posed etc.

The wide hips and shoulder also fit this idea, where they give it a lot of points of the fabric to hang off of.
