I saw them all of the recent Target wave a week ago, but wasn't super interested. Went back yesterday to get EW Wonder Woman to do the kitbash and luckily for me she was the only one left.

Disassembling that figure and COME ON TODD, you've got the parts to do curvier women that will sell!

The set just made me decide to seek out a first Nightwing release. Malding Dick looks ugly and swapping Jason's face loses the iconic Nightwing mask. They really need to do the rest of the (core) modern Batfamily, though. Dick's updated fingerstripes suit too.

Picked up that RC Battinson Batmobile and it's great for the price.
Fits the McFarlane rpats bat figure great but to get him in there nicely you have to unscrew the top shell from the bottom which is easy but having done that I noticed all the internal space is still there for all the parts that make the crowdfunded version so much more pricey like the exhaust lights on the hood, rear lights and the smoke machine in the engine.
Would be cool if some sort of upgrade kit came out.

There was something strange in the galaxy. It was suspicious. Why did Dark Flash sell hundreds daily and not sell out, but Knightfall Azrael and Parallax sold out almost instantly every time they were put in stock? Did more people really want those two, or were more Dark Flashes made because of some looney toon belief at McFarlane that Knightfall Azrael and Parallax wouldn't sell due to being older characters? Or did Walmart order "extra" Dark Flashes after seeing Knightfall Azrael and Parallax selling out instantly?

I think this gen had its traffic collapse right around the time people were realizing that they weren't going to be able to get 2 of the best figures in the line. Exclusive figures are dangerous

They've been able to reuse and smoothen out MK11 Spawn for that recent Throne Spawn release, so it's possible I think. Besides, I doubt they'll care too much about accuracy if the whole Rebirth Superman controversy is anything to go by.

Honestly, neither one is as good as people say. If you're getting them close to retail, the one on the left. But the flesh paint isn't great and those legs are a big meh. Also, just realized they're both using the 3J head lol

i dont own either but just from an aesthetic standpoint the left is much better. he just looks like he's wearing a cropped jacket. The one on the right looks like he's hunching awkwardly because his jacket is 3 sizes too small and he's trying not to bust the seams at the shoulders.

It's perplexing. Why run a line this way? It creates bad feelings and resentment in your userbase. Exclusives should be relatively obscure stuff that appeals to a niche audience. Not extremely desirable and iconic characters.

ML is doing the same thing with say Lizard as walmart exclusive. The difference is Lizard didn't sell out instantly. I'm not 100% opposed to exclusivity but i am opposed to the exclusives being near impossible to get. Maybe Todd will surprise us and put Azrael and Parallax up on his store like some of the other exclusives

I tend to slightly prefer the Page Punchers one due to the gesture hand, the head sculpt, and it being highly exaggerated in proportions but they're both good and the Movie version is a great suit design as well. Would've been nice if the Movie verson's legs didn't bow out to the side a little too much given I got the throne version but that plus the throne for 20 bucks is still a great value.
