You sound like you're 13 or something.
Legally? No, you can't use the names "Funko" or "POP" when selling more than a small quantity. And besides, why would you want to? It won't be cost effective to 3D model, print, clean up, paint, package, etc. You have no idea how much all of that would cost you.

The people who are willing to pay a lot for them are the people who know how to spot a fake. And 3D printing doesn't exactly get you the same results as a real funko, mainly because they're not hollow (but they are souless).

Yeah. Fucking making Funko Pop! figures or any Funko knockoffs.
Make your own shitty chibi vinyl figures. The best thing would be to use the 3D printer to make a figure for a mold to mass produce them in. A friend of mine knows way more about that. I know he did a bunch of a con some years back. He gave me one and one that got fucked up in the mold that looks neat and melted.
There are tons of designer vinyl and plastic "art" figures out there. Fuck Funkos. There is plenty of money in that niche market.

Though you could buy a bunch of Funko Pop!s on clearance and paint them to look like other characters. I bought a few to make into 4chan memes as a joke, but never got around to it.
You would just have to say they are custom one of a kind works. You usually go under the radar if you do that shit and sell it on Etsy or even eBay.
