I love how Beyblade and Bakugan have basically never faded away, like they might've gone dormant, but I've never not seen them since they came out, there's something genius about them, whether it's consistent good sales or some kind of trickery that makes sure they're always welcome

They're both fun, cheap kids toys that consistently get new cartoons to push their products. They also double as "games" so there's a competitive aspect to them more so they can cross over to the TCG crowds and pull in kids from them.

Barely. The sequel series anime has some of the worst filler to canon ratio to date and the manga is on nothing but a constant decline in sales even with the original author back in the pilot seat after he left to do other things.

The store near me specializes in comics, but also carries comic/movie-based merch. Unironically the thing that they sell least of all is Funko pops. Half the time they carry the usual "shelf warmers" (idk what funko is rare) and I see the shelves always full, as if no one cares for them.
