The thread link is on my PC. When I jump on there I'll post it. Basically the whole argument that subjectanon had was that the Mafex bubble mouth sculpt was accurate to the source material, the symbiote only simulates a mouth on the front of the face. He spent months arguing this point, despite having heaps of evidence being posted that proved otherwise. This got so bad that I decided to end the debate once and for all and asked /co/ what they thought. They obviously agreed that Carnage has an actual mouth and not some pink blob on his face and subjectanon spent literally 18 hours straight arguing with literally hundreds of people about it u til the thread died. It was such a shit show that I occasionally see it referenced on /co/ which I find utterly hilarious. Go search /co/s archive for "Carnage mouth" you'll find some hilarity.

Carnage is drawn in 2d comics in a way that his mouth is seen as a dark jaw against a pinkish background for clarity and shit. Guy argued that this was the canon 3d form: a 2d mouth drawn on his face just like the OP picture. The discussion went to /co/, with many anons producing all kind of pictures from the comics where Carnage was drawn in more detail, showing the inside of the mouth, side views where tha gaping could be seen and shit, but the guy still insisted that the mouth wasn't a real 3d shape.
