Works well but you won't be able to stnad figures on one leg just enough so they don't dive bomb off the shelf and drop into the nearby trash can that you didn't look at and threw out, then realized that's where they missing figure from your shelf must have went and now you have to rebuy the figure only it's sold out in store clearance so you'll have to pay full price online or ebay, but you got lucky and some swapper put a What if Cap Brit barcode on the box the figure you lost, so you peel it off and scan to find out Target still has it on the system and for 50% clearance, so you buy it.
