I think the key is to keep an open mind and only buy what your looking for, and only pay for what you think is a good price. Yeah, you want to support local sellers and stuff, but you also dont owe anyone a sale or upcharge just because you want that item. You need to feel good deep down in your gut that the purchase is fair for you.
