>>10145067>>10145449It bears repeating that GSC/MF can still put out good figures. That's not me defending them--the opposite, if anything. They can and still do make good figures, it's just that there are figures they do absolutely phone in.
The recent Demon Slayer figures are an example of that. The Jujutsu Kaisen figures, the One Punch Man figures when they still made those. Hell, the My Hero Academia figures they made were also cheap releases to milk the IP.
Hell, let me throw in Konosuba Figma for good measure as well, because those definitely had some questionable decisions made and less effort put into them than they could have had.
Which, if you ask me, just makes matters worse. They can and have done better. Hell, some figures they're bringing out today look worse than ones from over half a decade ago, and the fact that there are still some good ones thrown in makes people assume that Figma are still consistently good, which is really just a flip of the coin as to whether they want to put in the effort or just milk it.
