Was Japanese kids & teens not as into action figures as the western kids & teenagers ?
Sentai had so many great villain and monsters design throughout the years, but they seldom produce any toys on them. The Japanese sentai toys are mostly always focus on the hero and the mecha.
On the other hands, the American power rangers toys had villain figures through out the years, even if they're just monster of the week.
