>>10163234confirmed for not knowing rich people.
The only rich people who waste their money like water are newfags who won the lottery and rappers. Most people who became rich through their work/trade/etc are pretty strict in how they use their money, so their buying ethic continued after they're rich. They treat $20 like it's $20, just like you and me. They enjoy their sales and try to get a deal whenever possible. Just like me and you, they know when something is overpriced and won't buy it
My grandfather was rich, but hated spending a penny on his family. They lived in a shack, with one room per gender, and shared their older siblings clothes. He hired the least amount of people and used family as cheap labor (free). For his business, he bought new cars, trucks, land, machinery, etc to grow it.
When my mom was old enough, she was put in charge of accounting and whatever else required handling money. Only then did he buy her nice clothing, but only because she had to go out and talk to people. She and my grandpa had up to date cars every single year, because they were the face of the business and had to keep up appearances
When my grandpa died, the business was split with my uncles and none of my aunts got a single penny, because their husbands are supposed to support them. My mom got a house, but only because my grandmother made my grandpa give her compensation for all the work she did.
So now my uncles are rich, and since they were raised by my grandfather, they're complete misers. Except for one, who fucked bitches left and right, and married a leech. So she spends money like it comes out of a public fountain.
So the only rich people who waste their money like it's never going to run out are lottery winners, rappers, and spendthrift wives.
PS, despite my grandfather being a great depression miser, i know other rich people who pretty much have the same ethics, except they treated their family better. Spoiled kids abused drugs. Every single one.
