>>10166460I think it's because most people here like playing with their toys, and 1/6 is a cumbersome scale to play with. They don't balance as well and the stands are a lot more intrusive.
It also doesn't help that they are more expensive, but also more fragile. If hamhands here are able to break figuarts or figma's then what hope do Hot Toys have.
Softgoods/seamless are also difficult to keep clean and not everyone has glass cases.
