if it's an actual card game ex. yugioh magic pokemon etc. then you want /tg/. if it's something like sports cards then I guess that's trickier, the other anon said /biz/ but if you just want to talk about the cards themselves and not their market value or whatever then I'd honestly suggest just trying /sp/ since it's tangential there. I know I've seen fruitful video game discussion there since sports games are usually written off and ignored on /v/ for example.
