Doll fag here. The doll in OP's pic is a 2010 Integrity Toys Fashion Royalty Soul Deep Adele Makeda. Integrity makes high quality dolls for an exorbitant price. This doll goes for well over $500 on the secondary market.

I wouldn't buy her for that price, obviously. If I could find one for far less than that, then yes. If only to flip it on eBay. Besides, you can find newer Integrity dolls with better bodies for under $200, if you join their W Club. (The W Club is a lottery system which you pay an annual fee to win the privilege of buying Integrity dolls. Volks has a similar system with their BJDs.)

So even as a doll collector, I would not buy this doll personally to add to my collection. I don't even like niggers, so why would I?

Why collect dolls? I can tell you why:
