Name of mutant stuff animals

Anybody know the name of series of stuff animals like the beanie babies from the late 90s and early 2000s, expect the animals where deformed and mutated?

Meanie Beanies!

I had a bunch of them including the tigershark you had to mail in for. This one was my favorite. I forgot about him until a few months ago and spent about 4 hours tired pissing myself laughing nonstop about him with my friends in a discord call.
Still gets me snickering.
