>>10180137Normally I'd agree, but it's much more based on knowledge of composition and balance than it is on anatomy. Anatomy gets in the way of a hyper dynamic pose more than not, such as every Todd Spidey cover. It's knowing anatomy and knowing where to break it, same as any kind of artwork. And actually learning that is an insane amount of work. Alot of people, especially on this website, are at the lowest end of the dunning kruger in terms of anatomical knowledge in regards to art and animation.
You need to learn how to balance a pose, contrast limbs, what subtle angle changes in the rotation of an arm can do to sell anticipation or striking power, etc.
I know there's some japanese guy on twitter who actively draws action lines and angles of motion with stark colours on top of figures to show how to get better at posing, but I cannot for the life of me remember.
