But what does this mean? Are they forcing people to take a refund? Or are they offering it to people who might want it - or who they can't currently reach?
That said, I hope extented warehouse limits are here to stay, because the normal 30 days (or was it 60?) often isn't long enough to group many things together, at least in my experience.
