Medicos has one template for how they engineer a figure independent of the design. That might work for a given figure who's not encumbered in a certain section, but not so much for others. I'll agree that SAS knees and elbows are among the better ones, but I can't keep praising them for that when they've done that for years.

They have an idea of what joints they want to use and where and they try to apply it to every character equally, when some need a more custom joint setup to make it work with their sculpt.
