Other than the bigger thighs (and narrower waist armor on GGG) they were closer to the show proportions. Genesic felt like it was a toy from a completely different line in comparison, it was highly stylized.
And it's not like the GaoGaiGar SOC doesn't have little innacuracies either, still don't understand why Galeon's eyes are touching the mane on top of his head when that was only seen on Gaigar's lineart, and Galeon's back was left unpainted when it should be gold. But yeah, they're way closer to how the look in the show.
I just hope the proportions of Genesic after combination look like the Max Gokin, that one still is the most show-accurate one ever made.
