Going through some old toys to sell and I ran across this piece of something.

It’s molded in gray plastic and just under 5 inches long. It was in with my 90s Playmates TMNT figures, so I think it belongs with that stuff.

Any help is appreciated. And feel free to ask for toy identifying of your own stuff in this thread.
