I understand 1/12 collector's appreciation of this line but I remain puzzled by its popularity among children. Aside from those squishmallow things this is one of the few current toys I see kids loosing their marbles over.

not many *fun* collectable toylines these days I suppose, and small versions of things satisfy a unique type of autism present in a looooot of people. I went fucking crazy over tabletop miniatures when i first found out about them, I can sympathize even if I only want a few of these things for diorama stuff.

My girlfriend got me some of the disney ones for christmas, like a fuckload.
Because she knows I collect figures + like random boxes/surprises and thought it would be cool.
I love this shit but they tend to be expensive for whatever they are. It's the ultimate capitalist toy as well.
My favorite line is anything Nickelodeon.
When I opened and saw I got some Aaaah! Real Monsters i almost teared up
Unexpected shot in the heart since as a kid I've wanted figs of them but this will have to do
