honest question what is the best place to order him from? foreign or domestic to the US

A pay when it’s about to be shipped site would be preferred.

It's a Japanese p bandai exclusive. Hence the heavier than usual import fees.

I'm sure if you go to the archive page and look through the figuart general archives some one will have posted it

If you find it and it's not already tonlate to get it direct then you'll need a proxy to ship from Japan

Again this is probably going to cost you as much as getting it from bbts. You may save 10-20 bucks but what ever I don't care either way.
