As usual I won't be surprise to see them sharing the cost with Sentinel.

Hell, years ago, Metal Jack's license for example was sold together with Chouja Reideen in a combi-deal in Germany because it was THAT cheap.

How are they compared to Bandai's Robot Spirits/Tamashii ?
I am interested in their Patlabor line but I already have a lot of Bandaï ones, might as well complete it.

Because you assemble it from a parts sprue, you simmering retard. Yes, there exist plenty of models with more play-oriented features, but fundamentally you need to cut the pieces out and put them together in some capacity to make it, hence why it's called a "kit". Even if you get a gunpla and slap it together with the bare minimum of work, you still had cut the pieces from the sprue and assemble it.

I don't get the benefit of doing this though, surely it eats away from Sentinel's profits. Maybe GSC pays more for the licenses for these "shared" sculpts. Or they just pay Sentinel for sculpting and that's better money.

Toy Box was a big surprise. Not doing the upgrades of Guiar and Earlcumber here seem odd. I like the design of Musashi so having a decently made and priced kit of it would be nice.

I built 1 that was released when moderoid just start out (Ikaruga) and the latest one (Deer Stalker RxR). Both build/engineering is worse than gunpla for the price you pay, colour separation is HG level/koto kits.
Only buy if you really like the mech/have spare money or have skills to paint + fix some build flaws. I painted my ikaruga and it looks amazing.

Nirvash says separate parts are used for transformation, not sure about the other ones. Usually it's not perfect transformation. Or you have option for better proportion or jointed parts for the robot form.

I guess it's the only one needing partsforming (of course, not including things like smaller hands for transformation and such) if they don't mention it for the others. I really hope that's the case, at least for Galvion, because they only alternative I'm aware of is complete shit.

Da Garn X is fine. I've admittedly been pretty rough with mine and it's held up perfectly fine.

With that said, it IS overpriced and the materials could be much better. It really suffers as a high-end robot toy without even the slightest bit of diecast.

But replacement parts do count. This isn't a case where you had to buy a separate figure to get them or anything - the company literally sent you them for free.

My dealer got sent a second set of replacement parts for no reason and just gave them to me for free. I didn't even have to deal with the paperwork. Just lucked into them. So yeah sucks to be them but I'm totally ok with the replacement parts given what happened with me.

Okay, that's a fuck-up you don't see every day:
They messed up the first run of the God Gravion and painted the vents on the cheeks yellow despite them only being yellow on Sol Gravion.
They even marked them as painted in the instructions and already updated the ones on their website to remove that mistake.

How is the color seperation on the models and the plastic quality for moedroids? I want that muramasa but Im a shitty builder so im not painting shit or can I hide spruce marks too well.

They usually have some parts pre-painted. Sometimes comes with stickers. Gladion used big stickers for the grey parts on the shield and side skirt armor which were yellow plastic pieces. You never know until they're out.
