Bionicle g2. Lego bet the farm that bionicle fans would magically come back, but i was the only guy who bought all the sets. There was way too many sets. The opening release had 13, which was stupid, regardless of the cost.
Sentai figuarts: failed due to abyssmal sales
Arguably transformers earthrise. I was excited to get earth modes, but earthrise didn't deliver. Takara decided to spread out earthrise all the way into legacy with stuff like skids and menasor. I would've prefered just 2 years of earthrise with everything as deluxes. Admittedly at least the toys are still being made (i love gen selects).
The biggest loss for me was pokemon figuarts, but pokemon selects is doing such a good job that, the scar healed.
