Are we entering a new Dark Ages? Between the obscene price increases, dips in quality, and general lack of worthwhile releases, are we entering a new age where toy collecting is just shit? It feels like we were at a peak in 2018-2019 with all these good figures coming out, stuff like face printing improving dramatically, and just the general higher quality we were getting it really does feel like the current collecting space is just full of overpriced shit. Stuff like plastic free packaging and higher costs to import are driving more and more people away. I for one am being far more selective with my purchases and am starting to consider dropping lines entirely due to them no longer being worth the cost anymore.

What are you guys thoughts? Are we entering a new era of shit or is the toy collecting scene as great as it's ever been?
