>Live in city, apartment complex has doormen that have to log what packages arrive and who they're for whenever a delivery arrives
>Order some trading cards online back in early December
>Order ships a few days later atound the 12th and is marked as received via USPS
>No packages that day
>Doormen have no logs for me getting anything in the mail that day
>USPS just says it was left at a front desk with no name as to who picked it up so it was presumably delivered to one of the many other apartments nearby
>Get in touch with USPS, they can't do shit since its listed as delivered
>Get in touch with card store I ordered from, they spend like 4 weeks twiddling their thumbs with remedying the order despite being a regular customer of there's since late 2015
>After like 4 weeks they finally refund me for the order
>Order most of the same shit using the refund money, order comes in like 4 days later perfectly fine
I get that I probably got fucked by the holiday rush, but it shouldn't take 4 weeks to investigate an order like that.
