they're all pretty soulful dude. diner is great, that little pink car could be useful for other playsets.
I'd probably go with the construction set, especially if I was just starting out. That way it'll be like you're constructing a little town

Are there more pics somewhere of other angles and of the interiors? The Winter Chalet looks great from the outside, but a set like that really needs a cosy interior to match.
