>>10286059Lego has done a couple 1 of 1 releases. There's solid gold, silver, platinum and bronze C3PO, R2D2 and Boba Fett figures that have never hit market that would probably be the most valuable overall.
There are also prop and promotional figures made for the Lego movies that are worth a lot and 1 of 1. Lego sent single figures up into space as a promo too.
Prototypes and factory errors have the potential of being some of the most valuable figures but there's no baseline value to go off of and the market is very fickle. Years ago a orange proto C3PO head sold for $3500 but now those are finding their way out of factory in a plethora of colours.
Larger batch promo figures like comic con exclusives are worth a lot. Green Arrow, New York Yoda, Black Superman, etc all fetch $3000-$5000 upwards.
The most valuable mass-produced figure that came in a publicly available set is Cloud City Boba Fett, he's worth around $1500 which is like 5x what he was going for a couple years back. Then there's several in the $300-$500 range; Jango Fett, Rockraiders Chief, other original Cloud City figs (Leia, Luke and Lando).
