I think The Last Knight is to blame for killing the brand in EU. I don't think americans realize this, but before TLK we had whole shelves for Transformers toys. TLK even had a big push, lots of toys and when the film flopped it killed the whole toy line here. We never got WFC trilogy in my country and Legacy barely appears at retail meanwhile pre TLK you could find all Combiner Wars, and TR toys at every store. Now we only get gimmick toys, if we are lucky. Any other media that hurt a toy brand like TLK did? I am sure other EU anons can confirm.
