If movie-Sonic is canon size then he’d be around the size of Figma Shinobu Oshino, maybe smaller. However, the thin limbs might present issues for packing joints for the shoulders, elbows, wrists, knees and ankles. It’s not impossible, but the size would also limit range of motion for posing.
I’d be down for Archie Comics Sonic and the Knothole Freedom Fighters (pre-Dreamcast crossover) personally.
