>>10291595Could always just create a CSV (comma separated value) file and fill it out from scratch in notepad or something. Then you can easily open it in excel/Google sheets and it'll render it all nicely. Then tell her not to touch the boxes but instead just edit the CSV file itself. Shouldn't be too hard to edit either since it is literally just a list of stuff separated by commas. It'll get visually noisy outside of an actual spreadsheet program but all she'll need to do is not forget to place commas. And even then, she can still read it without using excel or whatever.
Double check the exact structure but here's an example of what she would do:
frog name, description, price
Clyde, Stuffed frog, 29.99
Kermit, Puppet from show, 14.95
Save Frog, From videogame, 99.99
Murloc, It's kind of like a frog, 5.99
First line defines each of the three total columns separated by commas. Then each line below is used to fill out each entry (frog) in the table that is once again separated by commas. Then just keep adding more lines to your hearts content. If you wanna move columns around, do it for her in excel and then save as a CSV file so it's once again easy for her to edit.
Main down side I see is not being able to see pictures of the frogs in the CSV file itself but you could leave links to them or something.
I personally use Google Sheets to track stuff since it's cross platform and web based. Also org documents but I wouldn't suggest those for her.
