--diversity officers to make sure nothing's too white, and who's job it is to fire people if there's too many whites in a department
--councelors to make sure those special people feel respected, everyone's heeding to pronouns policies, and no black person feels like some white person committed a "micro-aggression" by looking at him wrong
--special PR teams who seek out organizations like BLM, fag groups, and so on to donate corporate money to for media relations, and organize employee participation in things like gay parades and democrat campaign rallies
--production bloat like it taking a writing team of 10 - 20 people all chosen by diversity to come up with one fucking script, toy line, or anything really. It takes too many people to do anything within big companies now.
--internet-police to patrol the employee off-time activity to make sure no one who works for said company said he liked Trump, Kanye, Harry Potter, or anything. That's why you see massive numbers of people using their real names in places like Youtube; they have to in order to keep their jobs so they can be monitored even when they're not at work.
--paying every janitor on up $15+ per hour because he fucked up by spending his college years saying "WE NEED DIVERSITY," so when he got that college degree all the jobs related to it went to brown immigrants, so now he mops the fucking floor. So everyone owes him a decent wage because "capitalism is to blame."
AND THEY PASS THESE COSTS ONTO YOU IN THE RETAIL PRICE.
