He gets ridiculed because he spouts bullshit, even by his own standard.
First HE said that the rest of us weren't real Warhammer fans because we don't agree with him, and tries to "flex" by posting a few books and one figure, hence why we relentlessly dog him to post minis, because if anything is a metric thing f being a "real fan", then it's the primary medium. It's like trying to say your a star wars fan because you own all of the Disney novels, but refuse to even claim that you've seen the movies.
He didn't "just criticize the toys", he claimed that they follow no scaling at all, and aren't based off of the minis, which ties back to point one, because as someone who's built and painted 120+ space Marines alone, it's clear that the joytoy line is based exclusively on the minis, unlike McFarlane, which sculpted a space marine from scratch based off his own understanding/interpretation.
The secondary also proceeded to try to use FAN ART as official sources to back his strange scaling claims.
Hell, in the last thread, he said that McFarlane is doing scaling correctly, when their sisters AND guardsmen equivalent are a smidge off from being the exact same height as space Marines
Nobody ever claims that joytoys scaling is perfect, mostly because GW themselves can't keep a consistent scale going! But at least joytoy is in line with the minis.
He's also actually paranoid. Literally all he ever says is shills everywhere, but then knows a lot about Chinese political history.
Like I've said before, critiquing and voicing your disappointment is fine, but lying about demonstrably untrue shit will get you called out
