It was in an interview of his where he told them do you want to make those figs or do you want a legal fight? So they went licensed. Also for some odd reason he’s pursuing getting rights from the V license holder.
He’s since stated that Flynn never responded to collect the license pay out on sales and it looks like Super 7 might have lost the rights. So they’re going to continue to make SHawks under Titanium Titans which will include the main ones plus new characters they’re creating.
>>10302623He’s mentioned recently that rereleases are a necessary expense to use the tooling and put money back into the company since they are so small. Not Centurions are they most famous release and the Kenner colors did better than the original batch. They’re fixing the shoulder pad problem and he’s said the next release of Silverhawks will fix the issues those had.
