Fuck I dunno. But the parts are easily sourced. I think the head is a candy dispenser and the barrel I believe is from Monkeys in a Barrel or something like that. The creators of the show were really creative when making their props.

There's a guy on Etsy that sells these, he makes them himself and will give you a good deal if you buy in multiples of 1000, it can be hard to shift the extra 999 of them admittedly. I actually put mine on a ship which was sunk for insurance purposes (they crashed it into an iceberg).
