I didn't expect them to redo her entirely. She looks significantly better than the mattel version.

The two S7 figures I have (Vintage-style Filmation Mer-Man and Ultimates Banzai-Tron) look absolutely great, but they're kinda awful.
The one time I tried to put Mer-Man's accessory in his hand a bit of paint rubbed straight off and I can't bend Banzai-Tron's elbow without feeling like it's gonna chew up part of the sculpt.
Basically, afaict S7 make figures solely for the purpose of leaving in the packaging lmao

Apparently the last several releases from Super 7 have been pretty good. If they could somehow reduce their prices by $10-20 and have consistent QC then they would be one of my go to lines. It is hard to justify paying premium figure prices for figs that are on par or sometimes worse than retail lines.

That being said I am really tempted by their GI joe line since I watched the reruns when I was a kid.

I sorta regret dropping this line when the price jumped $20 and the year long delays were happening. It will be an expensive collection but seems like it will look great fully completed next to the Thundertank. Oh well can't collect everything, only so much room and cash.

Yes. Clear plastic has notorious for being much more brittle. Admittedly not immediately so (in most cases), but over time it crumbles super easily. It's horrible.
