Estate sales or the moving sales the estate sale companies run are usually for people who have died, or are moving into a smaller home or assisted living. Since the people in those situations tend to be older, you're less likely to find the types of toys that are really hot with collectors right now like G1 Transformers. Checking pictures before you go will give you a good idea of what kind of stuff the sale has. This sale near me is a good example of the more common toys you'd see at a sale:
