Does anyone know anything about the history of this monstrosity? I know toy production was somewhat limited back in the 90s, but how do you get to this stage? Did this look fine in the sculpt/prototype stage and then the factory fucked up the final paint? Did they have to cheap out on the soft goods last minute and go with a giant brown diaper? Did they only have a month to get this into the factory for mass production and just said "it is what it is"? Seriously what happened here?
