Why, nobody gives THAT much of a shit about random Pokémon humans. And without any sculpt details this is barely even Sugimori's style since all it has going for it is approximate proportions to his character drawings, I bet there are dozens of artists and illustrators who use the same proportions and basic character shapes. The accessory sets don't even include a pokéball or anything Pokémon related so it might as well be unrelated to the franchise, and if it's not related then what's the point? Outside of Pokémon Sugimori never illustrated anything relevant, I sure as hell have never seen people asking for Quinty in the knoe topics. So yeah, this whole concept is baffling to me, feels like Bandai wanted a Pokémon related release without actually buying the license, those cheap bastards.
