Also, let's be honest here and admit that these "nothing like the ____" complaints are all disingenuous as fuck. You can look at Grinder and instantly recognize who it is. Not to mention that liberties will ALWAYS need to be taken since reference material is already not consistent. Proportions change from frame to frame, panel to panel, and promo art to promo art and it will continue to do so because A. 2D art doesn't need to adhere to real physical laws and B. different artists will all have there own stylistic interpretations. Grinder hits enough marks to get the point across clearly, therefore he looks like Grimlock.
