Someone was asking about the articulation on this and I just got one, so I can confirm that this particular figure is 7 POA. Neck, shoulders, right elbow cut, waist, and hips, all swivels.
It's a bit awkward to stand on her own, so a stand (which the complete figure does come with) is mostly required.
