I think Ine had its lower jaw set improperly because it wasn't opening all the way, but it was really easy to pop off and fix.
I still need to mess around with it more, but I think my only real complaints are that it looks like a semi-glossy vinyl figure and could have done with a matte coating, the annoying orange splotch he has on the tip of his beak, and I hate bendy wires so I will never use them to pose the wings.
