At the time Black Series lightsaber was not a thing so Michael commissioned a movie prop maker to make a custom lightsaber for him.
the hilt is a Vtg GRAFLEX Graflite Flash Handle just like the original Star Wars prop.
just like his Indiana Jones bullwhip, Delorian, proton pack he has no skill to make these props so he pays other people an arm and a leg to make one for him so his delicate hands wont get hurt effecting his youtube filmming

it uses led version of a MAGlite to power the light and a Princess Passion Heat Thrusting Dual Stimulator to simulate the rumble and heat of the lightsaber and a Gyro sensor, as a angular velocity sensors so when Michael swings the lightsaber it makes the apropriet sound and rumble
