There's no good one. The less worst is >>10367989 (version 1.5, defiitely NOT the first version) but it still has tons of QC issues.

I still believe Jazwares made best Astro toys. picrel were fully-poseable, the scale wasnt bad, and the parts were swapable but not intentionally.

I had this one when I was younger. Had only played a GBA game and didn't really know anything about the series otherwise so I eventually got rid of it. One of the few childhood figures I kind of miss.

The 1.0 is fine, not great. Curious about the differences with the 1.5. I can't find any good comparison videos online.

I just went with statueshit. It's the best option, but not articulated unfortunately. I was gifted this a few years ago, this is one of the crown jewels of my collection.

Looking around, I found something interesting. This seems to be a Tezuka Osamu Memorial Museum Limited Edition put out by Mafex. Has the vintage coloring.

I hate how there are absolutely no good Tezuka toys. It feels like there should be.
The closest things we have are that giant QC issue riddled Mafex Atom and the Hyakimaru Figma from that shitty modernized Dororo anime. A good 4-inch Nel sized Atom that won't look like a grown man in a mascot costume next to my other anime figures is all that I am asking for here.

Sticky short/paint transfer, deformed short, paint chipping/scratches, wrongly shaped hair piece connection making the head looks like shit from the sides. 1.5 fixed the last issue only.

My 1.5 came with the socket for the right foot not even glued to the inside of the leg. The whole piece would just slide right out when I tried to swap the foot for the effect part. Really disappointed me, because it's a fantastic looking figure.
