Honestly itll probably take multiple different users to complain about the issue. You can't be a sped, you have to be patient and polite. But honestly, other than outright having these guys banned from the internet outright is going to stop them since they can just jump to a new IP on their phone. Zat has admitted he switches IPs every hour because of his rampant shitposting.
