>>10413060Oh my bad, I meant more like just scenic nature parks, like a public park. But I have been to an owl cafe before, and that was really cool because I love owls and they let the owls perch on your arm. Sorry, kind of off-topic, just thought I'd mention it because I was thinking about how next time I visit I told myself to do more sight seeing/exploring than shopping.
>>10414984I'd say it depends on what a person is looking for too, and how lucky they get. Like I visited 3 or 4 stores, and even Mandarake with no luck/purchases. Then one store was like a toy haven in terms of what I was into and looking for. They had a few Ultraman kaiju figures in perfect condition for like $7 each I've been hunting for years (one is pic related). It was really amazing.
However most of the stores we went to were full of stuff you'd see in the states if you visit any anime/Japanese store (ex. the most recent Bandai or Banpresto statues or figurearts, Ghibli merchandise, whatever anime is popular at the time merchandise, etc.). I'd spend like 10 or so minutes looking around, and just take off to the next one. When you do find a good store full of stuff you are mainly interested in, then its totally worth spending more time in there for sure. It is also worth exploring the other floors and areas of the store if they exist because that store mentioned above had 3 stories, with the 1st floor being generic stuff, and the 2 other floors being a lot of more niche and harder to find stuff.
