this is a 3d printed x jet (blackbird) that fits 8 ML sized figures, including beast. look cool & i’m thinking hasbro would charge like $674.99

who would be the pack-in figures?

The only thing I could think of would be if they did Morrison/Quitely New X-Men era Scott, Logan, and Jean. Unless they go and do something like make the figures be things like Outback era Colossus, armored Psylockes, civilian Maddie Pryor, and first appearance Jubilee.

If it was just the hollow shell, with no paint, just black plastic exterior with parts for the interior (that you have to assemble and install yourself) it would be about 300 US. If it came assembled (except for the chairs you have to plug in) and had lights in the engines, it would be about 500 US.
