Manufacturers are clearly too scared to commit to a deep line, but at the same time that's the kind of line Digimon would thrive in, where there's a large variety of monsters of all sizes and evolution lines. So we get the usual Omegamon, and he does well. Wargreymon, Dukemon, and the other usual suspects, and they do pretty well. The model kit lines have gone the deepest recently, but even then the Digimon picked are from popular families, ie. Angemon, ShineGreymon, Angewomon, MetalGreymon.
For newer Digimon we've only gotten a small number of The Digimon figures, the ~2" PVC figures, in the first 3 stages of Pulsemon, and the 3 Child levels from Ghost Game. Bandai once again scared to commit to even a kids Digimon line, possibly because of the Appmon line's flop.
