-PR specialists whose job it is to give Hasbro money to BLM, rainbow groups, and other Larry Fink Blackwater sanctioned causes
-an executive and middle-management middle-production employee base that's hyper-bloated where it takes ten people to work on and decide ANYTHING because everyone has to feel included. And the thing is 90% of them are young and under the age of 30, and are only there because the execs feel that young socially-progressive employees are better than established ones with proper experience and skill. THAT'S WHY IT TAKES 20 OF THEM TO CHANGE A FUCKING LIGHTBULB (so to speak).
I wish I was shitting you. They much like the rest of corporate America under DEI/ESG controls are so fucking bloated with useless employees making executive salaries that they pass along the cost to the customers.
In the old days a room with ten guys in it would handle everything from concept to protos to molds to package art to production, with everything else handed off to logistics and marketing on the corporate side. Now it takes 100+ people to do that because of DEI/ESG inclusion, and they're all young inexperienced retards who are sure they do eveything right because they "feel stuff."
