People that see those sets as big packs of parts, to be used with their lego collection, or just to build something else.
And people who want to build a set, because they like it, but with no intent to do something else with it.
For the first group (which i believe is the bigger, but who knows), part quality is the most important thing.
And for the 2nd group, it also is kinda important, so thats why it gets talked about more.
If you have a strange designed set, with a few spots where its just one or two wide connections holding a larger section this is not optimal either way, but if this is combinded with parts that are too loose, and they just fall off if you look at them, it becomes frustrating fast.
There are always sets that can be improved by switching or changing a part here and there, not only from bluebrixx, but also from other companies, even from Lego. This is mostly a matter of experience and personal taste i think
