Yes, it's the Shadow of Spawn (classic) skin of the game, in this green variant. I wonder if it'll be released as an MK figure. If so maybe McFarlane still intends to make more, but with MK1 around the corner maybe they've been working on those designs.

McFarlane doesn't do repaints like Marvel Legends. Each figure Todd puts out is unique sculpting.

Upper legs entirely brown until the knee, then the hair pieces will be separate overlay pieces of one color, the boot will be all silver. Chest will be flesh toned plastic and the straps with skulls will be gone but the belt and loincloth will remain. and the gauntlet on the left arm will be just brown. Helmet will be normal. Left pauldron will be missing. Only 2 weapons included.
